Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. Please allow additional days during peak seasons or promotional events.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are subject to availability of products and any delays experienced by the shipping carrier. We will communicate any significant delays to you.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, duties and taxes

Norman is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Norman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping

We currently ship to countries within the EU, and the USA. If you are located outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us for shipping options.
