Koh-I-Noor's pneumatic hair brush is made of cellulose acetate with a tortoiseshell effect coloring. It's a pneumatic brush with plastic tips and is suitable for all hair types. The brush features a rubber cushion on which the tips are mounted. The rubber cushion traps air and compresses when you brush your hair, distributing the pressure evenly on the scalp, stimulating micro-circulation and polishing the shaft for a natural shine of the hair. The brush is finished and polished by hand in Italy.
